Grew A Marketing Agency's Client Base by 100% Within 2 Months
Marketing funnels rebuilt around AI lead generation, taking a local agency to 10 clients in two months.
An agency that is good at marketing for its clients is very often bad at marketing for itself. New business is the thing that gets dropped whenever client work gets busy, which makes growth arrive in bursts and then stall.
That was the position here. The work went to the two ends of the problem: the funnel that turns interest into a booked call, and the lead generation that fills it.
The funnel
The existing route from first contact to booked call had too many places to fall out of. I rebuilt it around a single path, with the enquiry going straight into the CRM, an automated sequence that followed up without anyone remembering to, and a booking step that removed the back and forth of agreeing a time.
Nothing about that is exotic. It just has to exist, and it has to run whether or not anyone is watching it.
The lead generation
The AI side handled the part that eats the most hours: identifying businesses worth approaching, researching enough about each one to make the first message specific rather than generic, and drafting that opener for review.
The agent does the research and the drafting. A person still decides who is worth contacting and what finally goes out. That split matters, because the value of a first message is entirely in how specific it is, and a message that reads as automated is worse than no message at all.
The result
10 clients within 2 months of the funnel and the lead generation going live, without the agency spending more time on new business than it had before. The follow-up now happens on its own, which is where most of the recovered opportunity came from.
Pairing a funnel that runs itself with AI lead generation is the same combination I install for other businesses.
